I had been watching a lot of Dr. Who on BBC America and was inspired by what it might look like while taking a jaunt through space and time in the TARDIS.
I cut the layers from sterling silver sheet, hammered and textured them before soldering the layers together. I cut and soldered a bezel cup for the drusy quartz and mounted it to the front. After more texturing, buffing, and polishing, I set the quartz and polished the finished pendant.
